Reclaiming the Sand series by A. Meredith Walters are more than just romance novels – theyre a gritty look at how two people can heal and grow together even after inflicting hurt on each other. The story revolves around Ellie McCallum & Flynn Hendrick a couple who know eachother a little too well. We are first introduced to Ellie a firecracker with a whole load of anger issues who just happened to take that anger out on Flynn (a nice quiet guy, who just happens to have Aspergers) – she was the bully & he was the victim.

A few years go by & theyre face to face again – but theyre no longer the people they used to be, & yet the pain of their past still lingers.
